Description

This course is directed towards specialization as a Data Protection Officer or a Data Auditor in India. Recommended for experienced data protection professionals.

It is a comprehensive course that covers data protection laws of India and EU in detail along with laws of USA, Singapore, Brazil and DIFC.

The course covers the requirements of Data Audit including conduct of DPIA and Compliance Audit.

The program will have more than 24 hours of recorded content and will be supplemented by mentoring sessions by prior appointment.

Participation certificate may be taken after the completion . Candidates are also eligible to take an online examination and on successful completion, will get an upgraded Certificate as "Certified Data Protection Professional".

Participants will get a free Basic membership of FDPPI (worth Rs 6000) and a free registration in the Indian National Register of Data Protection Professionals. (worth Rs 3000).

The program includes a compliemntary bridging session at the appropriate time, covering changes in the DPDPB 2022 that the Government may propose before passing it into an Act.
